Hunting for original jewelry to feature on The Penny Rose is always a thrill for me. I love discovering designers that are new to me, and this week I share my recent find of Laurel Hill, a line I saw peeking out at me from a jewelry case at Cameron Marks, a boutique in Santa Cruz. "The pieces seek to create a meaningful bond with the wearer," says the company's website, adding that, "Laurel Hill Jewelry is inspired by the form and function of historical cultural adornment."
I love the selection of jewelry seen here, especially the brass, sliced circle shaped earrings (upper left). The small pair sells for $106 and the large for $124. The "Mountain Necklace" is $158 and the "Sunburst Cuff" goes for $58.
These are the kinds of pieces that you'll wear every day, year after year.
