I recently watched the film, "The First Monday in May," which documents the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art's fashion exhibit and gala. It was a reminder that fashion is about more than clothing yourself; it's about creativity with how you express yourself, and for fashion designers, it's about making art.
And so, this season, I'm aiming to inject more artistic pieces into my wardrobe. Here are a few of my favorites.
This asymmetrical top from Need Supply is eye-catching and architectural. The denim turtleneck rejects convention and goes for a purely creative vibe. And this darling yellow sweater might be simple, but the color is stunning.
