Jewelry Report: Tiffany Kunz Jewelry

I first discovered Tiffany Kunz's jewelry line at Synergy Organic Clothing, a store in Santa Cruz, Calif. Since then, I haven't been able to shake my obsession with the geometric, bronze, eco-friendly necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. And while they are simple in aesthetic, they more than make a statement. I imagine a creative, artistic woman wearing anything from this line—a customer who has an independent point of view, values the work of craftswomen, and wants to wear something that's vastly original and will garner endless compliments. I'm particularly drawn to the Ellis series of etched bronze, and in particular, on my wish list are the $45 Mini Leith Earrings that can be worn in myriad ways.

Geometric Jewelry

Untitled #36

Geometric jewelry has made a comeback in a big way these days. Here are a few of my favorite items that I'm eyeing right now, and most of them are very reasonably priced, with the bulk of the items coming from Poketo.com. (If you haven't yet checked out that website, it's home to an amazing collection of modern/fashion-forward accessories, stationery and much more.) Here, we've got a cool Aztec-inspired looking cuff (which I actually just received as a Christmas present) from ModCloth. It adds a punch of style to any outfit. The two necklaces are versatile and gold, of course, goes with everything. And the stud earrings and hexagon rings? A perfect addition to your wardrobe. When this kind of jewelry is concerned, being a square just won't cut it.
