I've never been a big fan of skirts. I have more "substantial" sized legs, and insecurity can get the best of me. But lately, I've been having a "who cares?" attitude. If I wore skirts, imagine all the fashion opportunities that would open up for me. So I started to imagine last week when I visited Legion, one of my favorite boutiques in San Francisco, and I stumbled upon this beauty of a skirt from KAAREM. Designed in crepe with smart architectural details, this is a skirt that will last a lifetime. Hopefully, it'll find a place in my own life, and sometime soon.
I first discovered Kaarem, a gorgeous Vietnamese line, at Legion, a women's boutique in San Francisco. Since discovering it, I've come to own three pieces from the line, which I wear endlessly. With a minimal, clean, architectural look to the garments, this line is a new favorite. With fine details like tucks and pleats to cool surprises like buttons that can be used in various ways, this is a line to keep an eye on.
