They design and manufacture their line exclusively in Toronto in collaboration with local independent trade-people to offer the highest standard of construction. With a combination of quality fabrics and taking a socially- and environmentally-conscious approach to fashion, we have loved the line for years. The Thatcher Pant ($156) has become a staple. Bizu jewelry is made by Megan McKean in Portland, Ore. Her love for jewelry-making began in college where she began creating and selling pieces in her spare time. After graduating with a bachelor’s of fine arts degree in graphic design, she worked for a jeweler and then pursued making jewelry full-time. Bizu jewelry is created by combining woven glass beads with metal frames. The beads are hand-sewn, one at a time, into a woven fabric using a traditional beading technique called peyote stitch. This woven fabric is then sewn onto its metal frame, adding both color and texture to each piece. Her jewelry is simple and understated, yet so unique. The necklace seen here is $108.

Founded by designer Rebecca Grenell, LACAUSA launched in 2013 and quickly became one of our favorite brands for tops, dresses and jackets. This beautiful blouse ($94) is such a nice a great alternative to a basic T-shirt. We love it paired with a pencil skirt, boyfriend jeans, or trousers.
